The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Warren, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 is planning to issues a solicitation for the following: Nomenclature: MEMBRANE ASSEMBLY, VESTIBULE, TYPE II Item Description: This is a liner that protect against chemical agent attacks for forward deployed hospital system. It is utilized in the connected passage way between hospital wards/hubs. Mfg. P/N: 5-19-13772-20 NSN: 4240-01-457-8352 Qty.: 56 with a 100% option First Article Testing: The contractor shall conduct a FAT on five (5) Type II, Vestibule, Membrane Assemblies (PN: 5-19-13772), to all inspection and testing requirements listed on the top drawing, sub-drawings, and QAP IAW Engineering Exceptions listed on the Form 34, that will be provided at the time of the Solicitation. Testing is destructive for Saranex Laminate. The contractor shall also conduct a packaging FAT on three (3) unit pack containers and 3 empty barrier bags to all inspection and testing requirements listed in SPI P5-19-13772-20 (NOR 252-0024-004). 5 MEMBRANE ASSEMBLY, VESTIBULE, TYPE II samples will be tested to all inspection and requirements of the top drawing, sub-drawings and associated QAPs.
