QTY: 1 3) HYUNDAI HD 210 CARGO TRUCK. QTY: 1 4) HYUNDAI HD 260 FUEL TANKER TRUCK. QTY: 1 5) OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (OCONUS) TRAINING Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide a Hyundai HD72 Refrigerator, a Hyundai HD 260 Water Tanker Truck, Hyundai HD 210 Cargo Truck, Hyundai HD 260 Fuel Tanker Truck, and OCONUS Training for the country of Vietnam. There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Please provide your dealership authorization. 3. Business size under NAICS Code 336120, Heavy Duty Truck Manufacturing (small business, large business, etc.). 4. Can your company provide the Hyundai HD72 Refrigerator Truck, Hyundai HD 206 Water Tanker Truck, Hyundai HD 210 Cargo Truck, and Hyundai HD 260 Fuel Tanker Truck in accordance with (IAW) the attached Vehicle Specifications and Technical Information Questionnaires (TIQ) documents? Note: TIQ for Fuel Truck not included. 5. Can your company meet or exceed 100% of the information requested in both TIQ documents? 6. Can your company complete all Operator and Maintenance training for the vehicles in accordance with (IAW) the requirements specified in all sections (including C.1.1 and C.1.5.2) of the attached Performance Work Statement? 7. Is your company authorized to conduct business and provide services overseas? 8. Is your company partnered with an organization that is located in or authorized to do business overseas? 9. Does your company or partnering company possess all of the licenses, visas, permits, certificates, insurance and registrations or other documents needed to conduct business overseas? 10. Does your company have previous experience providing Operator and Maintenance training OCONUS? 11. Does your company have previous experience in delivering vehicles of this type OCONUS?
