The purpose of this amendment is to update the proposal submittal method. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (kristie.n.waters.civ@mail.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (james.r.jones3.civ@mail.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-19-Q-0045 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 2. C.1. TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE INFORMATION is updated to include guidance on how to request access to the Technical Data Package. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain in full force and effect. The RFP is Full and Open Competition. The base quantity is 798 each plus one 100% option. The WHEEL, SOLID RUBBERT supports the Wheel Assembly on the M88 vehicle. The Technical Data Package is competitive, Distribution D, Limited to DOD and US DOD Contractors Only. First Article Test (FAT) is required. The production lead time (PLT) without FAT (with Government approved FAT waiver) is 120 days after award for all 798 each. The PLT with FAT is approximately 420 days after award for all 798 each. The FAT Report (FATR) is due 240 days after award. The Government FATR approval time is 30 days after receipt of FATR.
