It is the Government’s intent to award a modification to Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract W56HZV-19-C-055 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to Leonardo DRS, Huntsville Alabama (CAGE #: 32865) for the acquisition of Systems Technical Services (STS) and Systems Sustainment Technical Services (SSTS). This action will add 193,020 completion and level-of-effort hours to the existing contract that will be issued on a Work Directive basis and to extend the three-year period of performance by two years from 17 April 2022 to 17 April 2024. In addition, this modification will add the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) system and the Carrier of the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) vehicles managed by Project Manager Mounted Armored Vehicles (PM MAV). This modification will allow for continuation of critical STS/SSTS services to be provided for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Power, Diagnostic, and Optics hardware and software systems as well as include AMPV and the Carrier of the MLRS managed by PM MAV. These services will include Management and Administration, Engineering, Configuration Management, Integrated Logistics, and Fielding Support. Management and Administration includes lead engineering, logistics, program management support, and resource management and control. Engineering support includes analysis, writing technical publications, facility vehicle maintenance, maintenance and distribution markings, obsolescence monitoring, product improvements, and the Software Integration Lab (SIL). Configuration Management support includes engineering change proposals (ECPs), Engineering Release Records (ERRs), Requests for Variances (RFVs), providing insight and a demonstration of established configurations, incorporating Government designs and revisions, and data management. Integrated Logistic Support includes provisioning, technical manuals, supply logistic support analysis, and training. Fielding support includes technical troubleshooting, maintenance, training, data collection, and software and hardware upgrades. This requirement is sole-source to Leonardo DRS, but may include subcontracting opportunities; please contact Leonardo DRS.
