The intent of this request is to survey for solutions & methodologies for verifying the authenticity and security of microelectronics that comprise the computer systems composed of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Integrated Circuits (ICs) on US Army ground vehicle platforms. Solutions shall verify the trustworthiness of PCBs/ICs in a non- destructive manner to ensure that malicious functionality has not been implemented by an adverse party. Solutions should vary between incorporation in the production flow of military ground vehicles, or embedded in the vehicles themselves. Further, it shall also maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the components outlined above.
