Amendment 0002 cancels solicitation W56HZV-18-R-0174 for the Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) Rapid Prototyping (MTA-RP) of the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle (OMFV). The Army remains committed to the OMFV program as its second highest modernization priority. The Army intends to revisit the requirements, acquisition strategy, and schedule based on the lessons learned thus far and resolicit OMFV on a competitive basis. Additional industry engagements are also anticipated. Further information will be announced as plans are finalized.
