It is the Government's intent to award one Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to Leonardo DRS, Huntsville, Alabama (CAGE# 32865) for the acquisition of Systems Technical Serv... It is the Government's intent to award one Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, to Leonardo DRS, Huntsville, Alabama (CAGE# 32865) for the acquisition of Systems Technical Services (STS) and Systems Sustainment Technical Services (SSTS) for all on vehicle components for the Product Manager (PdM) Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Family of Vehicles (FoV) (e.g. Power, Diagnostics, and Optics hardware and software systems) that are source-controlled to DRS. This action will allow for up to a total of 66,010 completion and level of effort hours that will be issued on a Work Directive basis. A base effort will be issued at time of award with the remaining hours available to the Government to exercise as option(s) over a three year period. The STS and SSTS services will include Management and Administration, Engineering, Configuration Management, Integrated Logistics, and Fielding to support the PdM BFVS FoV for the Bradley platform. Management and Administration support includes lead engineering, logistics, program management support, resource management and control, and subcontractor performance. Engineering support includes analysis, technical publications, facility vehicle maintenance, maintenance and distribution markings, obsolescence monitoring, and product improvements. Configuration Management support includes engineering change proposals, engineering record releases, request for variances, provide insight and a demonstration of established configurations, incorporate Government designs and revisions, and data management. Integrated Logistic Support includes provisioning, technical manual, supply logistic support analysis, and training. Fielding support includes technical troubleshooting, maintenance, assistance, training, data collection, and software and hardware upgrades. This requirement is sole source to Leonardo DRS, but may include subcontracting opportunities; please contact Leonardo DRS.
