Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract modification for the procurement of M917A3 Heavy Dump Truck (HDT) armored cab Computer-Aided Design (CAD) data to support the M917A3 HDT. The proposed contract modification will be issued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Mack Defense, LLC (CAGE 6B8L4). Mack Defense is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the HDT. The CAD data is proprietary to Mack Defense and is designed exclusively for the HDT. The U.S. Government does not own the technical data package (TDP) and has limited rights to use the data. Although it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate the modification on a sole source basis, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. There is no solicitation available for this action.
