Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to issue a competitive set-aside solicitation on or after 11 February 2019 for the Explosive Hazard Pre-detonation (EHP) Roller System. The Government contemplates a five year firm-fixed-price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract for the EHP Roller program with a minimum quantity of 40 production units and a maximum of 370 as well as first article test assets and ancillary support part packages. The contractor will build the EHP Roller System to a Government Level III Technical Data Package (TDP). The TDP is export controlled. Instructions for requesting access to the TDP will be included in a forthcoming draft solicitation. A draft solicitation is available. Interested parties are encouraged to submit questions or comments to the contract specialist by 8 February 2019.
