Under this contract, the Contractor shall furnish all lodging, meals, equipment, materials, conference spaces, and any other items and services necessary to support TRADEWINDS 2023 (ExTW-23), Execution. Execution as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and Government furnished services (GFS). The Contractor shall perform to the terms and conditions in this contract.

It is intended to allow potential offerors time to coordinate pricing. A formal solicitation will be published in the near future. The Contractor shall provide services and deliver to the Government Lodging, Meals and Conference Facilities. The Contractor shall be vetted by the United States Embassy in Geargetown, Guyana and have a Food & Water Risk Assessment (FWRA) completed by United States Army South Veteranary Personnel.
