The Contractor shall provide services for cooking, preparing food for transport, transporting food, establishing serving lines, serving food, tearing down serving lines, clean up and remove trash to accommodate U.S. personnel for breakfast (6:00AM-9:00AM), lunch (11:00AM- 1:00PM), and dinner (5:00PM-8:00PM) referenced in Attachment 1. Headcounts will be performed by the Government and adjustments will be provided to the Contractor at least 72 hours ahead of required meal services as specified in Attachment 1 in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
