Hours of Operation: The Contractor is responsible for conducting deliveries for 3,000-gallon water tanks [MF1] (2 total[MF2] ) NLT 1 May 2024 for kitchen wastewater 2-16 May 2024 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, [MF3] Monday through Sunday except when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. 1.2 Place of Performance: The scheduled deliveries shall be made to Camp Paragon and BCGS Pelican. 1.3 Unauthorized Changes: Changes to the delivery schedule provided within this purchase description shall only be approved in writing by the Contracting Officer to the Contractor. Changes to quantity or delivery schedule are NOT authorized without written approval from the Contracting Officer. There shall be NO CHANGES to the terms and conditions of the contract without written approval from the Contracting Officer. will be the Contractor’s financial liability and shall not result in an additional charge to the Government. 2.0 Specifications: 2.1 The Contractor shall deliver 3,000-gallon water tank to Camp Paragon and BCGS Pelican in accordance with the schedule provided in this purchase description[MF4] . 1. GENERAL: This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. 1.1 Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gray Water Removal Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and Government furnished services (GFS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 1.2 Background: Gray Water Removal Services for the United States Army South (ARSOUTH, also referred as to herein as “the Government”) in support of TRADEWINDS Barbados 2024 (TW 24). 1.3 Objectives: The Contractor shall provide gray water removal service daily of 3K for each location of Camp Paragon and BCGS Pelican between the hours of 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs as required in the PWS. 1.4 Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services for Gray Water Removal. The Contractor shall furnish all management supervision personnel, training, equipment, material, supplies, and any other equipment and personnel to accomplish the tasks of Gray Water Removal Services specified herein except as specified as Government furnished.
