No award will be issued from this notice. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking to obtain support to provide bottled water and ice in Barbados. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide 85,500 liters of Bottled Water and 34,500 pounds of Ice . The contractor shall perform to the standards in this sources sought. See attached performance work statement for additional details. Performance Requirements are as follows- 1. The Contractor shall deliver 85,500 liters of Bottled Water and 34,500 pounds of Ice to Camp Paragon and BCGS Pelican in accordance with the schedule provided in this purchase description. 2. If a change in quantity or delivery schedule is needed due to mission requirements, the KO will provide the Contractor (in writing) with the request at least 24 hours in advance of the required delivery date or the change in quantity. The Contractor will provide feedback to the Contracting officer NLT 12 hrs. from the time of the request. 3. The Contractor shall follow the delivery schedule in Attachment 1 (will be provided at a later date).
