Specific Tasks: The contractor shall provide IT helpdesk support capable of basic/entry-level troubleshooting of laptop computers via walk-in and telephonic means with standard and emergency response times. Basic Services: The contractor shall provide walk-in and telephonic support during the weekdays (~6hrs/day) and weekends (~4hrs/day) as well as a 24/7 telephonic emergency response capability. Issues are to be prioritized with the most critical issues resolved first (Standard, Urgent, Emergency). The contractor will support a minimum of 20 laptop computers imaged with Windows 10 or 11 with basic troubleshooting and setup to include: hardware failures, initial windows set up, local user accounts, install provided software, printer set up, coordinate with maintenance for hardware support, basic website access/performance issues.
