No award will be issued from this notice.This sources sought is for a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking to obtain support to provide Motor Transport Services near Port-au-Prince Airport, Haiti. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Motor Transport Services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this sources sought. Specific Tasks: Truck movement for equipment to support the MSS on the LSA 1. One (1) Medium Size equipment truck to move equipment sent to support the MSS; see attached shuttle bus map 2.Twelve (12) hours per day (0700 ? 1900) ? Seven (7) days per week or off hours emergent requirements Basic Services: The contractor shall provide a medium size truck and driver to move all MSS equipment and gear to support their mission inisde of the LSA for 12 hours a day a to support emergent requirements as needed.
