The Contractor shall provide thirty-two (32) cellular phones (smart phones) with service, thirty (30) portable WiFi hotspots with service, and three (3) additional data sim cards for Tradewinds 23, and eight (8) cellular phones (smart phones) with service for SFAB 23, Guyana in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The operational area for cellular mobile device communications is within Guyana. All equipment shall be in compliance with section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232). Refer to attached PWS and Solicitation for further guidance.
