This is a firm-fixed-price request for proposal (RFP) for the purchase of transportation services for the 80th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation 2024-02. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 485510 – Charter Bus Industry, where bus charter services, non-scenic and non-sightseeing, was listed as a corresponding index category. This solicitation is being advertised through SAM.gov as a new contract opportunity. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
