USAREUR-AF historically provides contract support for services in support of ceremonies. Ceremonies support will be required at Colleville-sur-Mer (U.S. Omaha Beach Cemetery) in Normandy, France. The contractor shall provide Staging, Platforms, Seating, Turf Protection, Media Support, Artificial Roadways and Walkways, tents, Site Support, Power Distribution, Ablution Support, and Ceremonial Wreaths for Distinguished Visitor (DV) guests. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at: U.S. Omaha Beach Cemetery - 14710 Colleville-sur-Mer, France - MGRS 30UXV 558516902. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal submission date to 4 PM CET on 4 April 2024, Add CLIN 0001AH to account for revised PWS para 5.2.3.5. Additionally, the questions fielded in the Public Forum on 26 March 2024 are answered in the Q&A spreadsheet attached to this amendment. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the proposal submission date is 4 PM CET on 4 April 2024 and to update attachment 5 to include Government responses to questions 14-17.
