This is a synopsis for commercial Life Support Area (LSA) services to support the 79th Annual D-Day Commemoration Ceremony in Normandy, France prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207. USAREUR-AF G3 has commercial Life Support Area (LSA) services that requires tents, power distribution, and ablutions to be provided on the LSAs St. Mere-Englise football field (soccer field), Iron Mike Drop Zone, and Cherbourg Airport site for use by a total of approximately 600 soldiers from May 29th, 2023, to June 8th, 2023. The specific number and measurements of the tents and their placements will be detailed in the final version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be posted with the solicitation which is anticipated 15 days after the posting of this synopsis.
