This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Kaiserslautern, Germany. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is posted, along with the salient characteristics, and are located in attachment W564KV25RA034. The Solicitation will be released under full and open competition until 5 SEP 25, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website and are seen in attachment labeled "W56KV25RA034 Questions and Answers". Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions are due no later than seven (7) days prior to the solicitation closing date and must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Judy Biboum, judy.i.biboum.civ@army.mil, and Contract Specialist, Maryanne Peck, maryanne.e.peck.civ@army.mil.
