The NAICS Code is: 237310 The PSC Code is: Z2LZ Site Visit Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at thomas.r.guyer.civ@army.mil and Contract Specialist lisa.childs.civ@army.mil by 1700 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on July 28, 2025, to be added to the approved list. Site Visit Date: July 29, 2025, 0900 (CEST), Location: Ludwigshafener Str. 31 Kaiserslautern Letter of Intent and Capabilities Statement By submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI) and Capabilities Statement you are acknowledging that your company is able to comply with the requirements included in the performance work statement and has an interest in bidding on the job. You will be required to provide information that clearly shows you are able to work in the country of Germany. Any entry or work visa issues requirements must be clearly discussed with a plan to mitigate any risk clearly identified. The U.S. Government will not provide any assistance with visas. Please note that the Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirement for all companies to be considered for contract award. Offerors may obtain a Unique Identifier Number and information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at System for Award Management: www.sam.gov. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm and Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS number). The solicitation/Invitation for bids package/documents will not be placed on SAM.gov.
