The Government intends to issue a non-personal service contract on a firm fixed basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide services to the Family Advocacy Program in support of the Army Community Service programs at Installation Management Command Europe (IMCOM-Europe).
