The objective of this project is to provide Living Support Areas (LSAs), to include tents for, dining and sleeping facilities for soldiers and Distinguished Visitor (DV) guests, Site Support (ANTI-TERRORISM/FORCE PROTECTION (AT/FP) requirements, Trash Containers, Laundry Pick Up, Ablution Support, Containerized Housing Units (CHUs), Power Distribution, Power Generation, Ground Remediation, Turf Protection, Artificial Roadways and Walkways), MHE, Helicopter Landing Zone services, and a Media Support Center (MOC). The work to be performed under the resultant contract will be performed at: Sainte Mère Eglise, Carentan-les-Marais LSA, and U.S. Omaha Beach Cemetery - 14710 Colleville-sur-Mer, France - MGRS 30UXV 558516902, from 01 to 11 June 2024. This requirement includes catered food in support of the 80th Annual D-Day Commemoration Ceremony. Meals shall be prepared in accordance with American Cuisine. The first delivered meal will be dinner on 30 May 2024 and the final meal will be a breakfast meal on 10 June 2024 in accordance with the period of Performance (POP).

Draft performance work statements (PWS) are attached to this synopsis to provide industry and early look of the Government’s requirement. Vendors are encouraged to review the draft PWSs and submit any questions using the “Industry Questions to Government” (attachment 3) to the Government. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Government anticipates offering a Site Visit in Normandy, France.
