Pre-solicitation Notice for ADR Parts III (W564KV-23-Q-0044) Scope - The supply will contain various part for ADR kits. The parts include hazardous material plates and other safter hazard signage for transporting hazardous materials. (See Attachments for Technical Specifications). The supplies need to perform to industry standards and require on time delivery to OCONUS location in Germany. There are no special requirements requested for the supplies. Delivery Location: Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD), Building 2371 Shipment & Receiving Section Ludwigshafener Str. 31, 67657 Kaiserslautern, Germany The Government intends to solicit proposals from sources within the local trade area in accordance with the procedures at FAR 13.104. Interested parties may express interest reqarding this requirement by email to the point of contacts identified in this pre-soliciation notice. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(h) because one or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
