The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Unit 23163, APO AE 09227, intends to award TWO sole source actions for the continuation of contract services for Facility Maintenance and Repairs in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz (USAG-RP). Contract services are currently performed under the Total Maintenance Contract (TMC) for USAG-RP, W564KV-22-D-0001, and Mini-TMC, W564KV-16-D-0008, which services Germersheim Army Depot (GAD), AAFES Gruenstadt Depot, and Coleman Worksite, respectively. Contract services include operations, maintenance and repair of real property, and maintenance and repair of installed building equipment (IBE) and equipment-in-place (EIP). The contract covers enduring military installations and associated facilities within the USAG-RP AOR. Estimated value of the TMC sole source action is $50M. The estimated value of the Mini-TMC sole source action is $25M and the ordering period for both are a base period of nine (9) months with three (3) three (3)-month option periods. The respective bridge actions allow the Government sufficient time to complete the follow-on contract and allow adequate time for phase-in under the new procurement. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR MORE DETAILS.

It is the Government’s intent to have an Industry Day, in the form of a site visit, after the draft solicitation is posted and before the solicitation release date.
