All responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The Government anticipates posting the RFQ to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on/about 6 August 2019. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted.
