The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), intends to establish a Hybrid (Firm-Fixed Price & Time and Material) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the Rental of Non-tactical Vehicles (NTVs). The ordering period will be for three (3) year’s total, beginning on the date the Contracting Officer issues the BPA which is tentatively set for 17 June 2024.
