The Government is seeking capability information from offerors under NAICS 561612 interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide non-personal armed and unarmed Security Guard services at sites within the European Area of Responsibility (AoR) of U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAEUR-AF), in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractors MAY require a Secret Facility Clearance at certain locations. Although Kosovo is listed as the place of performance within this notice, the BPA would actually cover more countries, as defined in the draft PWS attached to this notice.
