The Government is reopening this solicitation with an amendment to revise the sub-factors in 52.212-2 to align with the Government’s requirement. Vendors are requested to confirm the quotes they submitted under the original solicitation is still current, accurate, and complete, or provide a new quote based on this amendment. Vendors are encourage to review the amendment in its entirety prior to providing a response. The Government intends to issue a non-personal service contract on a firm fixed basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals/quotations being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a full range of ongoing and specialized relocation services, information and assistance to incoming and outgoing members of USAG Rheinland-Pfalz undergoing a Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Exiting the Services (ETS), and separation moves.
