The Government intends to issue a non-personal service contract on a firm fixed basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals/quotations being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a full range of ongoing and specialized cultural adaptation services to include cultural adaptation training, area tours, multi-level language training, cross-cultural training, and cultural mediation services.
