The Government is not requesting responses at t... 8 JUNE 2022: This is a DRAFT solicitation (to include all DRAFT attachments) for Drayage Services in Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg). The Government is not requesting responses at this time and contractors do not have to respond to this notice be considered for award. The FINAL solicitation will be forthcoming once all internal reviews are complete. The DRAFT solicitation is being posted in order to allow interested sources time for preparation prior to the release of the FINAL Solicitation. The "due/response date" attached to the posting can be disregarded, the system requires a date to be submitted. Again, this is just a draft copy to provide a "headstart" while the final solicitation continues to go through the internal process. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade Theater Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for a two-year (one base and one option year) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This procurement requires a contractor to perform delivery/pick-up of furniture and appliances on loan to authorized military and civilian personnel stationed on and around US Army Garrisons in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The procurement also requires a contractor to augment the Government workforce in performing warehouse tasks at the local FMO warehouses to include: cleaning of furniture and appliances, minor repair of furniture, assembly of new furniture, and movement and storage of furniture and appliances within the warehouse.
