SYNOPSES OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation synopsis of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204. PLANNED SOLICITATION The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Kaiserslautern, Germany, intends to issue a solicitation for the services listed below. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued during the month of May 2021 under the solicitation number, W564KV-21-R-0007. Offers will be due less than 30 days from the solicitation issue date. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to System for Award Management at www.beta.sam.gov. The solicitation documents will only be made available in electronic format, downloadable from SAM. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Prospective Offerors are advised, to be eligible for award of the contract resulting from the solicitation requires an active SAM registration, to include satisfactory completion of the applicable online representation & certifications.
