The 409th Contracting Support Brigade Theater Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for a five-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The resulting BPA will be a non-personal services contract for wireless mobility services with ancillary hardware in the Netherlands. The contractor shall provide, at a minimum, commercial wireless 4G/LTE mobile network throughout European Union (EU) countries and the United Kingdom. Additionally, contractor shall provide commercial wireless roaming mobile network worldwide. Contractor may subcontract with other wireless mobile network providers to provide enhanced service in non-EU locations. Contractor shall provide country-specific phone numbers for users in the Netherlands Service Plans At a minimum, Contractor shall provide voice and texting only, data only, and voice/texting/data commercial options. Hardware to support SIM services The contractor shall provide hardware, enabling the provided voice and data mobile SIM services. Administrative Support Contractor shall maintain a helpdesk for technical and business support and shall provide ordering and administrative portal for Government managers. Transition Support Contractor shall transition all current/active phone numbers. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
