This announcement constitutes the only solicitation’ proposals/quotations being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a full range of ongoing and specialized Community Leverage Technician support to Army Community Service including working with the leaders, subject matter experts and community resources in person, in writing and on the phone.
