The 409th Theater Contracting Center-Kaiserslautern issued the pre-solicitation, W564KV-19-R-JD01, on 20 Feb 2019. The 409th Theater Contracting Center-Kaiserslautern now issues a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and Troop Collection Point Operation services. All responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (website at http://www.fbo.gov). Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM at www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. Concurrently, the solicitation closes and offers are due no later than 23 May 2019 at 4:30 PM Central European Summer Time. All dates subject to change without notice.
