In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and in support of the Product Lead Automated Movement and Identification Solutions (PL AMIS) mission, Army Contracting Command - Rock Island executed a contract modification to extend the period of performance for the requirement for Theater Operations (TOPS) enterprise server licenses and maintenance and the operation and maintenance for the TOPS software modules. All software was developed by Apptricity and modified by Apptricity to meet the Government’s requirements. The contract extension is for six months from 3 April 2022 through 2 October 2022. This modification was executed under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l)/FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
