Sources Sought Sanitary Sewer Services Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is utilizing a Sources Sought for Market Research to determine if other vendors have the capability to fulfill the requirement. This is strictly for Information (RFI) for Sanitary Sewer Services at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California (MOTCO). No Request for Proposal (RFP) exists; therefore, responses to the Request for Information (RFI) are not proposals to which ACC-RI can issue orders. ACC-RI is issuing this RFI to determine if an adequate of qualified interested contractors are capable of Sanitary Sewer Services at MOTCO described below. The Government will use the responses received for information/planning purpose and to identify potential sources as part of market research. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Sanitary sewer service shall be provided in accordance with Army regulations and the Delta Diablo Sanitation District (DDSD) rules and regulations for the provision of sewer service. PREMISES TO BE SERVED: MOTCO Tidal Area, Military Ocean Terminal Concord, 410 Norman Ave, Concord, California 94520 POINT OF DELIVERY: The point of delivery of sewer service shall be at the Port Chicago lift station at the bottom of Main St. NATURE OF SERVICE OR CHANGE: Furnish water treatment facilities to provide sewage disposal service to the MOTCO Tidal Areas. RATE SCHEDULE: Sewage disposal rates shall be in accordance with the approved rates established by DDSD and any other applicable rules and regulations. Currently, the Government provides the run times of the Port Chicago lift station to DDSD for billing. DESCRIPTION OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL SERVICE: Accepts sanitary sewer effluent from locations described. QUALITY OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL SERVICE: Gravity flow system. METERING: Sewage flow is not metered. The chemistry of the sewage shall be measured at the point of delivery in accordance with the disposal permit. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this RFI.
