ACC-RI is exploring the market and seeking input from industry that has an interest in integrating, maintaining, and sustaining a solution as a service that provides reliable emergency dispatching capabilities for First Responders at U.S. Army installations. Capabilities to include, but not limited to, design, engineering, program management, preparation, installation, configuration/optimization, system certification support, testing, documentation, training, and sustainment tasks required to implement a Base Emergency Communications System (BECS) comprised of the five separate fielded capabilities: Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Army Mass Warning Notification (MWN/Alert!), Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and integrated with Next Generation 911 (NG911) and FirstNet (as a service).
