The US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), is issuing this letter as a combined Solicitation/Synopsis Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of various brand name, commercial computing products and ancillary items in support of United States Military Academy at West Point and several other Educational Institutions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please review all attachments enclosed in this solicitation, if the "Price Matrix" attached is not utilized, the offer will be deemed non-responsive.

Specifically this requirement is a brand name requirement for the Apple products and Dell. All other ancilliary items can be brand name or equal to the listed specifications. If you are able to provide all a quote for all of the items please provide a quote for market research purposes.******PLEASE NOTE******* The Government is trying to identify if there are available vendors capable of supporting this requirement.
