The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island has a requirement for the following: Item: Felt and Foil Kit Quantity: First Article Test Quantity 100 each; Production Quantity 32,000 each Delivery Information: Delivery is FOB Destination to Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN The requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS Code is 313230; the small business size standard is 750 employees. FAR 52.219-4 (DOD Class Deviation 2021-O0008) - Limitations on Subcontracting, applies. The kits shall be in accordance with specifications and drawings that will be posted as attachments to the solicitation. The “Berry Amendment” applies to this acquisition; DFARS Clause 252.225-7012 – Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities, applies. The resultant award will be a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about October 20, 2021. NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
