NARRATIVE 1. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitation W52P1J-22-Q- 3058 for M98 Gas and Particulate Covers for Pine Bluff Arsenal. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). 2. The Government intends to make firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. 3. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the USG. All questions shall be submitted to the points of contact listed below, no later than August 29, 2022 at 1300 Central Time. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right to not answer questions submitted after this time. All questions and answers will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov via an amendment to this solicitation. 4. All unit prices proposed will be binding. The Government reserves the right to require the submission of any data (i.e. other than certified cost or pricing data) necessary to validate the reasonableness of an offer. 5. The award resulting from this solicitation shall comply with the provisions and clauses contained within this solicitation. Please complete all representations contained within this solicitation and return with your proposal. The US Government (USG) is not obligated to award a contract as a result of this solicitation. 6.
