The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J-22-Q-3019 for Sodium Bicarbonate, Class 1. This solicitation will result in a one-time Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a 100% option quantity. This Solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The U.S. Government will evaluate quotes based on the responsive, responsible offer who has the lowest Total Evaluated Price, and any other price related factors required by the solicitation. The Total Evaluated Price is the sum of the total prices for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to include evaluation of the option CLIN 1001. See attachments for further details. Clearly identify the Solicitation Number and company point of contact (email and phone number) on your submittal. Quotations are due no later than 13 April 2022 at 3pm CST.
