The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J-21-Q-3024 for the procurement of the following: 5,500 each Packaging Assembly, Top 5,500 each Packaging Assembly, Bottom This solicitation will result in a one-time Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The U.S. Government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest Total Price, and any other price related factors required by the solicitation. The Total Evaluated Price is the sum of the total prices for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
