This requirement has been revised to award 50,000 lbs of Zinc Oxide instead of a 5-year IDIQ contract. A Firm Fixed Price contract remains unchanged and the solicitation posting date is on or around 31 Mar 2021. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price, 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Zinc Oxide with an estimated maximum total quantity of 425,000 lbs. The estimated quantity required for the first year of the contract is 50,000 lbs. This requirement is in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) and the product is required to be in accordance with MIL-Z-291 (Rev G) and Drawing 143-1-1 (Rev N) which has a restricted distribution statement. Contractors are required to have an active registration in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access this drawing.
