The Awardee will be required to provide the required personnel, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver an ETMS2 SaaS offering and perform the planning, installation, configuration, deployment, accreditation support, training, adoption support, and sustainment, except for those items specified as Government- furnished property and services. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) anticipates the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), Solicitation Number W52P1J-20-R-ETMS, in support of Project Director, Enterprise Services (PD ES) program on approximately 8 October 2020. **THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS** The overall objective of ETMS2 (Software-as-a-Service) solution is the management of a tracking and correspondence service and providing a managed service where the Contractor administers the application and database. The ETMS2 is necessary to provide the tools to allow for mission-essential work to be completed and communicated timely, securely, and according to the proper delegation authority across the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). A draft solicitation was posted in July 2020 and is available for review. This requirement is being solicitated under Full and Open Competition. The period of performance consists of one (1) one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. A single firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the Offeror who is determined to be the Best Value to the Government. All contractors who provide goods and/or services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
