This notification is to amend the following section to say, "2. Immediate Technology Requirement In supporting AESD, the Government requires Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services to be delivered as a managed service offering. The service offering must have the authority to operate on the Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) network and also operate on the Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) network having Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) functionality supporting ITSM with integrated Information Technology Asset Management, dynamic asset discovery, and a Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB). Service users will be located worldwide. Capability shall require 2000 users for SIPR and 12,000 NIPR users and cover a ticket volume of 1.3 Million tickets annually."
