Posted 17Jun2020 -- Synopsis -- GRADE & PAVE PARKING LOT AT BLDG 159 AND INSTALL PUMPSTATION NEAR BLDG 160 RIA is soliciting a design/build project to repair and replace approximately 700 linear-ft of Storm collector main. Install a new pump station (BLDG166) with capacity to remove a 100-year (or 1% chance) rain event for the approximately 42 acre drainage area. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance and Payments Bonds are required for this project. This is expected to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.
