The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to repoint all exterior joints and perform masonry repairs on Building (Bldg) 56 on US Army Garrison - Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA). Investigation shows cracking of the exterior joints and deteriorated masonry. This project location is on the north side of Rodman Avenue along East Street on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. Product Service Code: Z2JZ – Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings NAICS Code: 238140, Masonry Contractors IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500, 000.
