The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Gilman USA, LLC 1230 Cheyenne Avenue, Grafton WI 53024, for a quantity of two Hardened Box Way Slides. The purchase will replace current component parts of existing equipment located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane IN. The purchase will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available. The purchase is for direct replacement of currently utilized Gilman USA Hardened Box Way Slides that are integral component parts of existing equipment. The Government is not in possession of specifications that would allow competition.
