The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J20Q3027 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) procedures for the procurement of service repairs for the Government Furnished 2001 E-One Firefighting Aerial Ladder Truck, VIN 4EN3ABA8211003908. This solicitation is restricted to offerors located within 100 mile radius of Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas and all repair parts shall be OEM, no equivalent is available. Restriction is in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13.501(a)(1)(i).
